What overseas buyers look at first

The page that opens before the meeting is always the same one. What goes on it is the question.

A product sample and carefully organized presentation materials.

A buyer does their reading before they ever reply. Long before a meeting, they open the same few pages, in roughly the same order, and decide whether a conversation is worth having.

Who you are

Not the company history — the answer to “am I in the right place”. What you make, who you make it for, and where you are. A page that starts with philosophy loses the reader who is still working out whether to keep reading.

What you make

A buyer is comparing you against two or three others and against doing nothing. Give them the specification, the range, the materials, and the difference between your options. Vague product copy forces them to email you a question they should not have had to ask.

Whether you can deliver

This is where most pages go quiet. Capacity, lead times, minimums, certifications, and the people who do the work. A buyer who cannot find these assumes the answer is no.

Make the three easy

The work is not to say more. It is to put these three answers where a reader looking for them will find them, in plain English, without needing to know your market already.

We build those three answers into the page. See English-speaking audiences.
